Brian, you’re on fire! Seriously great and detailed workshop on the hamstrings and then followed up by the glute connection.
I’ve paid money for courses that aren’t half as good as what you have graciously given us here. I look forward to further and deeper body mechanics presentations and that magic day when it comes together as I “float” up to my press to handstand.

Hi Brian, you’ve basically just answered all my mobility problems. I’ve got weak glutes and tight hip-flexors which is causing tilted pelvis. I find so many poses difficult but now I can work on strengthening correctly. Thanks so much for all this 🙂
