Abi says
I injured my knee then broke my foot. Prior to those events my handstand practice was progressing nicely and I was confident in my ability. I have since put on 10kg which I am having difficulty to shift and I am so scared that I can’t even push up to the wall. I tell myself once the weight is gone it will be easier to go up but I am at this moment so frustrated I don’t know what has happened to my core strength
Brian Aganad says
Abi, unfortunately core strength can go pretty quickly. The key is to get started again slowly building that strength and working your way up to where you once were. It can be hard to take a step back but in the long run it’ll pay off and you’ll get right back to where you were and probably even further! 🙂
