Uff finally i could listen to this one & you know what? I
F*~’&@ng LOVE IT , ..thats the point coming as you are !!!Sometimes i used to feel bad of not wanting to attend to that kind yoga classes or events where they think you have to be so AUMish ॐॐॐ all the time or for example they judge you cause you dont know by memory the yogasutras? !!!
But anyway this podcast was delightful made me laugh and reaffirm that Yoga is for everybody no matter if you are orthodox or not if you are spiritual or a rebel , if you think you are Buda or just a fleshy human thats the point just being yourself and keep on DOING What you love…!thanks ❤️??✌?️⚡️
Another thing Brian please can you add info about what to eat or do to have more energy? Sometimes i feel tierd & wanna practice longer but my body cant do it any more! What do you recommend?
