Great information, Brian. I have been listening and loving it. I found them very useful and great reminders for yoga teachers. However, sometimes the introduction is quite long. It’d be nice to have the introduction a little shorter, less than 30 seconds, you can assume that we do understand what the podcast is about, and just go straight to the meat of it. Thank you for another great podcast.
