My biggest handstand nightmare has been injuring my wrists. If anything bad happen to my wrist, especially if it disabled me from typing, then it would be a nightmare. Over time I’ve been learning to overcome it by engaging the core and stacking my alignment so it doesn’t put my wrist at an uncomfortable angle.

So true man, wrists injuries tend to happen when student’s don’t prioritize enough engaging their cores while balancing (especially while jumping up!). Once you get consistent with the engagement the wrist issues go away!
