Great info Brian! And great reminder to practice my L-sits again. I like the plan you set up for L-sits, partner pulls (not sure what you would call that) and Lolasana holds. Would you incorporate Lolasana lifts at this point or just holds? Thanks again. Getting off the computer and into an L-sit with blocks now 🙂
